The Wrath of Economy

Indian economy is crumbling. It has been shattering from a long time, now its on the verge of a fall, may be a fatal one. We are already losing life over very trivial issues. A breakup, a failure in an exam is enough for the youth to take a life or two. The people walking on streets are about to burst into flames for no reason at all. No one is decent anymore. Every where you go you see a hungry miserable crowd - at railway station, footpath, hospitals and schools, even in our homes we live a life of insecurities. The mental health of family has been deteriorating over years. You can always hear your neighbours grumbling or complaining. We hate every body, everyone we meet. We could see through the dead corporate smiles and welcome, we could see the emotionless face wearing a fake smile. We are deceiving no one but ourselves. Our minds are like sitting on the tip of volcano about to erupt.

People are not listening to anyone, all they do is to prepare themselves for a reply. The rage to win any argument is heavier than the responsibility to receive and respond. Reason is wasted over the makeup and as a result the entire economy is flushing itself down the drain. No one willingly wants to produce, hardly any one can ascertain their worthy price in this economy. Consequently, we are fighting over reservations, which can never be conducive to a productive civilisation. We are not worried about production, but the product.

This phenomena has created a panic in the job market of this economy. Degree alone can't be trusted any more in this economy. As a result Degrees are losing its face value, due to corresponding absence of productive values. This devaluation has heightened the confusion over real value of a product, which leads to increased competition, raise in product price, but with decreased quality - thereby creating an undesirable inflation under corruption, that has crept in the faulty production process, which is evident everywhere.

The best example is evident in the devaluation of our economy in the current education system and the corresponding inflation in job market. Even reliable degrees like one from IIT's, IIM's, ILM’s have lost its value due to the incompetence of the individual. A soldier must follow the chain of command, he is not allowed to use his brains. But that same spirit is not desirable in students and teachers. We have to struggle to survive in a democracy. We fight over bare necessities of life, is that not a shame on democracy, and our constitution?

In any civilised society education and health cannot be a profitable business. When people start making money from someone's ignorance and misery, no one can save that society from an ethical downfall. Mark my words, if this process is not checked and mended in time, we shall be standing on the battlegrounds of a civil war in our own neighbourhood. We are already on a verge to blow our brains out. I wonder! how no
one is terrified to live in a nation where 500 people take their own lives on a daily basis?

Obviously, this corrupt government will not let these issues explode in public media. But a bunch of responsible bureaucrats are providing us with enough evidences to mourn over the demise of our ethical and democratic values - no civil society must be witness to 80-100 rapes on a daily basis. These are data provided by National Crime Records Bureau of this glorious India, who is busy celebrating return of Rama and avoid to acknowledge the Ravana that hide in ourselves. Unless We, the people of India, acknowledge the growing problem, no solution can be found. It will be our children who with face the wrath of this unmanaged crumbling economy.

The solution lies in delegations of taxing and development authorities to local level, gradually, as the founders of our nation envisioned. The way lies through an evolution, we need to create, and the best way to create lies in art and literature. For no science can survive with a sound literature. We have snatched away literature from our children. No wonder they have lost their ability to dream. We must now focus on creating and sharing the burden of this economy wisely. We must consolidate the places where we belong! I am myself going to the place where my soul belongs, the land tilled by our forefathers. I am taking a production house along with me. I shall try to do some experiments with this economy and publish my findings. Meanwhile, I am working on the sixth part of my literal journey so far.
