A White Paper on Public Palika

Submitted by admin on
Public Palika is a civic innovation framework that seeks to address systemic corruption and economic inefficiency in India’s democratic model—not by replacing existing structures, but by augmenting them through economic decentralization and participatory budgeting. It proposes a fourth functional pillar of democracy rooted in community representation and fiscal accountability. Anchored in the philosophy of Lifeconomics (developed by independent researcher Sukant Kumar), the Public Palika model introduces a bottom-up economic governance system operating in parallel with the legislative, executive, and judicial pillars.

PuPa Model

Public Palika is non destructive organisational structure not to replace the already established Democratic Model in practice, but to aid it econonically. One of the centric problem with existing structure is the widely accepted phenomenon of CORRUPTION. Public Palika intends to systematically address this challege. It is an outcome of an independent researcher — Sukant Kumar. Sukant’s research began with an hypothesis, he calls — Lifeconomics. (For more details, visit — https://sukantkumar.com/lifeconomics)

I was watching the motion and motive of Indian democracy in its parliamentary proceedings. Today, I witnessed a historical moment in Indian democracy. When the leader of opposition Khargeji made his point in a manner that made speaker leave his chair, and the leader of house sit down. Still I wonder how the nation will react to this historic event.

Grok Vs Gyanarth

I have an anticipation that new war will kill more civilians than soldier. Satellites can be directly used in association with AI to target specific geopolitical locations. Threats are greater than ever, stakes are high. This machinery can be used by state and terrorists alike. My estimation in new wars terrorist shall play minor role. What do you think?

Lost Beauty

A doctor listens to pain of his patient who is ever testing good patience. What’s satisfying is the sense of care and well being, which is rather hard to imagine. An engineer builds new tools that can empower human to dance and be merry. But lost in offices engineers have adopted a system so mechanical that they themselves are nothing more than cogs & nuts.

Dance? Destroy? Create?

Dance class: This one I think belongs to actors, artists, authors or someone who has an occupation. An occupation is something that occupies spatiotemporal activities of an economical entity.  Destroy class: These are the servant class, the bureaucrats, even soldiers belong to this class. Their primary job of to obey the orders imposed upon them. They are the one’s who are entrusted to either destroy or prevent the destruction. Even terrorists belong here. Create class: This is where majority population works, the farmers, labourers, educationists, reporters etc. These are jobs that hold respect and other aspects of social belonging together.  None of these are better or worse. They are just there for their sheer necessity. Critically analyse this argument.

Democratic Dividend at Stake

The coming weeks will be decisive. Will the government offer real solutions, or will this crisis spiral further? Will the people demand systemic change or accept another cycle of political spectacle? The future is being decided—are you watching or shaping it?

Public Swaraj

A human being is what he thinks, he communicates. What he communicates is his expression which decides his personality. It’s society that defines human as social animal. Without society a human is just another animal in wilderness.
